Activités de Recherches

La thématique de recherche de mon équipe s'inscrit dans l’étude de la résistance des plantes aux maladies conférées par des micro-organismes pathogènes. Il s'agit d'appréhender les voies de signalisation cellulaire mobilisées dans les cellules végétales lors de sa réponse immunitaire. Dans ce contexte, nos travaux sont centrés sur l'étude du rôle du monoxyde d'azote (NO) et l'identification et l'analyse fonctionnelle de protéines relais de voies de signalisation régulées par modifications post-traductionnelles (en particulier phosphorylation et S-nitrosation). Nous nous intéressons également au rôle du NO dans la régulation de l’homéostasie du fer et de la balance croissance/immunité. Plus récemment, nous avons initié une thématique centrée sur caractérisation structurale, biochimique et fonctionnelle d’Oxyde Nitrique Synthase chez des micro-algues.
