Activités de Recherche

Mes travaux de recherche s’articulent autour de l’étude de l’organisation de la membrane plasmique des cellules végétales et de son rôle dans un contexte physiologique particulier, la réponse de défense.
Ainsi, j’ai développé des approches d’imagerie et de biophysique afin de pouvoir décrire les caractéristiques structurelles fines de la membrane plasmique des cellules de tabac et d’Arabidopsis cultivées en suspension. Nous avons montré l’hétérogénéité latérale de la membrane plasmique in situ, et déterminé, en systèmes modèles comme sur cellules vivantes, les facteurs moléculaires contrôlant cette organisation. L’application d’un stress biotique modifie l’agencement et la densité au sein de la membrane de domaines plus ordonnés. Ce mécanisme est dépendant d’événements de la cascade de signalisation et notamment du stress oxydatif, suggérant une implication de la membrane elle-même dans les réponses adaptatives des cellules végétales.

Activités d'enseignement

Formation initiale inhérente au statut d'enseignant-chercheur au sein de l’Université de Bourgogne principalement en Biologie Cellulaire, Physiologie et Biotechnologie Végétales (niveau L1 à Master 2).
Encadrement pour la formation à et par la recherche de stagiaires (niveau L2 à thèse).
Responsabilité de modules dans les parcours de Master 1 et 2 « Biologie Intégrative des Interactions Plantes-Microorganismes-Environnement » (B2IPME), à l’Université de Bourgogne.
