Activités

Carrying out experiments for scientific projects involving the Serres_4PMI phenotyping platform.

The main projects concern species like wheat (Solace, Archirac), corn (MIRGA) and Peas (ParesPEAcase

Management of an isotopic labeling platform for the study of C and N fluxes in the plant.

Experiments are lead for teams of GEAPSI pole from the agroecology UMR (Peas, medicago) or for other teams from INRA and / or CNRS collaborations (tropical legumes, wheat, vines, clover)

Assistant of the scientific manager of the Serres_4Pmi high-throuput phenotyping platform at INRA Dijon.

Involved in the organizational management of the platform (procedures, User committee coordinator), its technological optimization (functioning process, environmental measurements) and in the development of specific equipment (for example: the RhizoTube,  patent number 12 56069)
